Eaton & Co is a small building company based in Essex. We have been in the trade for 15 years, and in that time have worked on most sides of construction, from small domestic jobs through to full builds.

That means extensions and loft conversions on terraced houses, full refurbishments on properties being brought back into use, ground-up new builds, and commercial fit-out where the building has to stay open while we work. Big jobs and small ones, and we treat them the same.

We quote the work, we manage the work, and the owner is on site while it happens. When something needs deciding, you are talking to the person who can decide it, rather than chasing someone who has moved on to the next job.
