Adding a floor to a house you already own is almost always cheaper than moving. We handle the design, the structural steelwork, building control sign-off and the finish, including dormers, rooflights and staircases. Most conversions add a bedroom and an ensuite; the ones that work best are planned around the staircase position from day one.
